MedExpense Solutions initially came to us with a need to brand its new software product and create supporting marketing materials. After a thorough discovery, our client’s goals were clarified and the scope of work shifted. 5 Points Creative was tasked with creating a new brand identity that more accurately reflects the company’s mission and vision. MedExpense Solutions became Beacon, and its software became LumenEx.
First, we listened. We heard a story of a mother and her daughters, of hope and perseverance. Then, we brought the story to life and shaped a new brand to reflect that origin story in a truly unique way. We fleshed out their new brand assets and developed messaging across their website and presentation pieces. Finally, our team created a sales video to help explain their software and services to prospects.
MedExpense Solutions became Beacon, and its previously unnamed software became LumenEx. With their new messaging and marketing tools in place, Beacon is now in position to share their brand story and offer hope and guidance to their clients, the victims of unfair medical billing costs.
