ROANOKE, VA. – (November 12, 2022) – 5Points Creative, a strategic marketing, communications, and digital media agency, today announced it added four new members to its team: Taylor Smith, Shelby Vandergriff, Marlee Richardson, and Christine Mealy. These additions come as a result of the company’s continued development and new client acquisitions.

Bryan, President and CEO of 5Points Creative. “They each have a contagious energy and I’m thrilled to welcome this new talent as we continue to stay in front of our client’s needs.”
Here are the four new 5Points Creative employees.
Taylor Smith, a Virginia Tech graduate with a B.S. degree in Agriculture and Applied Economics, joins the agency as Associate Account Lead. Her experience as a former business owner, on-line marketer, entrepreneur, project coordinator, and administrative leader makes her the perfect fit to serve as the key support person for 5Points Account Leads. Taylor will be instrumental in supporting the Account Leads so their primary focus can remain on client relations.
Former Marketing & Communications Coordinator for Pulaski County Tourism, Shelby Vandergriff joins 5Points team as Content Marketing Specialist. As Content Marketing Specialist, she is poised to serve as the voice of agency clients in all aspects of marketing communications and social media. Shelby earned a B.A. in Public Relations from Virginia Tech and plans to graduate from Liberty University next year with a M.S. in Digital and Advertising Marketing.
Coming to 5Points Creative from the in-house team at Visit Virginia’s Blue Ridge, Marlee Richardson brings a myriad of skills in business partnerships, event planning logistics, operational and staff relations, in addition to a broad range of experience with several analytics used in marketing, public relations, and sales. As 5Points Creative’s Marketing Coordination Specialist, Marlee will focus on organizing various marketing objectives and initiatives throughout the agency. She will also help oversee analytics; helping to see insights and meaningful data for 5Points and our clients. Marlee is a 2016 graduate of Roanoke College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Christine Mealy is a creative and analytical problem-solver who brings significant expertise to her new 5Point Creative administrative position. She has a strong mix of account management experience, as well as operations, finance, and administration. Most recently she worked for YellowDog in Denver, Colorado. Christine’s new position is focused on general administrative duties to support the orderly workflow of 5Points Creative, business development support, as well as daily accounting tasks. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Michigan State University in addition to a A.A.S. in Multimedia Graphic Design from Community College of Denver.
